The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has re-arraigned a former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Mohammed Umar.

Umar was brought before Justice Nnamdi Dimgba of a Federal High Court in Abuja over alleged N4.8 billion fraud.
